Strategic Planning Objectives
The Drager Group provides specialists experienced in facilitating the strategic planning process. Scope and objectives are tailored to each company, but commonly are structured to:
- Develop a common understanding among the leadership team of the current state of its organization and the challenges facing it today and into the foreseeable future.
- Identify and document its mission and vision of the future.
- Develop a long-range plan that defines the strategies to be used to fulfill its mission and achieve its vision.
- Establish the measures of success that will be used to evaluate the organization’s progress as it implements its strategic plan.
- Target the specific, short-term actions, to be taken to implement its long-range strategies and assign accountability to the appropriate individuals within the organization.
