JAMES M. DRAGER, Chief Executive Officer PROFESSIONAL Jim Drager is the chief executive officer of The Drager Group. His general experience includes over 22 years in executive management (with awards and commendation), strategic leadership, marketing and consulting in a variety of organizations including manufacturing, health care, engineering, construction and service. He holds a bachelor of science degree in administration from Kutztown University, Kutztown, Pa. PERSONAL Jim is the president of the board of directors of the Ned Smith Center for Nature and Art, Millersburg, Pa., and an avid sportsman with a life long interest in the outdoors and nature. He is a nationally recognized judge, author and competitor in AKC retriever field trials and hunt tests. He is also the presenter of seminars on competing with Golden Retrievers. His community activities include pro-bono work for a variety of not-for-profit organizations, including past chair, Berks Quality Partnership (Berks County Chamber of Commerce); fundraising for Hawk Mountain Counsel of Boy Scouts; as well as serving on various committees for the Golden Retriever Club of America.
